Mental Health Matters

Worry is an enemy to our mental health. It's important to know what to do with it, if it comes. First, we cannot give in to it, because it comes from fear. God has not given us a spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). Remember that! If God has not given us a spirit of fear, then the devil is trying to, and our flesh will go right along with it if we are not careful.
Thinking on things that haven't happened yet (and probably never will) can be damaging to our brain and emotions. So instead, let's recognize fear in the form of worry, and exercise our authority over evil (Luke 10:17-20). It's easy. Just say, "In the name of Jesus, fear, I command you to go." Next, call upon the angels of faith to come and minister to you. I know that it may sound weird to do, but if there are evil spirits of fear (which there are) then there are angels of faith. Faith is the opposite of fear.
Try fighting this evil rather than giving in to it. It's for the sake of your mental well-being, and that is important because Mental Health Matters.
