Me and My Big Red Barn

Leader 2 Leader, March 27,2020,
Because we understand our fearful responsibility to the Lord, we work hard to persuade others. God knows we are sincere, and I hope you know this too. Are we commending ourselves to you again? No, we are giving you a reason to be proud of us so we can answer those who brag about having a spectacular ministry, rather than having a sincere heart. (2 Corinthians 5:11-12)
Now is not the time, nor is anytime, to think about having a spectacular ministry. It is time to have a sincere heart for others and their families. When it stops being about the people and more about having a spectacular ministry, we would be in trouble.
It's not about church attendance. It's about people making it through a physically, mentally, and financially difficult time.
It's not about money and asking people to give. The Holy Spirit will put it on people's hearts to give. We will have to depend on Him, and we can.
Use this time well by praying and using whatever means you have to reach out to others, while obeying the recommendations of our president to stay at home. People will follow our attitudes toward the president.
Stay humble, leaders, and kind!
